Returns Policy

TO MAKE A RETURN:

  1. Read our return policy to ensure your return qualifies.  Click here to read our return policy.  
  2. Complete the return form included in your package. Click here to to print our return form, if needed.  Once your package is received, please allow 7-10 business days for our Return’s Department to process your return.
  3. A gift card code will then be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
EXCHANGES: Due to our limited quantities per unique style we can't guarantee an exchange. However, what we will do is issue you store credit, and if the right size is available, you can use your credit to purchase that item. We are not able to "hold" merchandise.

    DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS: If you feel you have received a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 5 days of receiving by sending a photo to txhotmess@yahoo.com
